The frame is made of Grilamid, a special technopolymer characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance, this guarantees sturdiness and at the same time lightness. The temples are co-molded with Megol, a soft hypoallergenic rubber, which allows to be firmly worn. The nose pad is also in Megol and it is applied directly to the lens, it is removable and interchangeable. Particular is also the design of the lenses: ventilated and designed to guarantee protection from lateral reflected light, but also from wind and other unfavorable weather conditions. Among the many lenses, the Salice 012 model also includes the RW in UV 400 nm polycarbonate, guaranteeing protection from ultraviolet rays. The lenses are scratch-resistant and subjected to IDRO treatment, thanks to which water and dust glide away more easily from the surface of the eyewear ensuring an optimal view in all weather conditions. Inside the package a transparent spare lens recommended for low visibility conditions. It embellishes the 3D Salice rubber logo placed on the temples and it plays a contrast between the colour of the nose pad and the terminals with that of the frame. The collection includes twelve color variations.
